This rolls much better with fresh lavash wraps. If a little dry, microwave for 10-15 seconds with a damp paper towel on top.
Spread the lavash with cream cheese and sprinkle with seasoning and fresh pepper. Add the sliced chicken, sundried tomatoes, spinach leaves, and top with crumbled feta cheese. Fold one side of the lavash in, then fold both ends in and roll the rest like a burrito. Place seam down into an air fryer basket or on a baking sheet.
Air fry or bake at 400 degrees F for about 4-5 minutes or until the outsides are just crispy. Cut in half and serve!
Notes
Pre-cooked grilled chicken breast, baked chicken, leftover chicken, or rotisserie chicken can all be used for this recipe.
Feta can be subbed for goat cheese, if needed, or omitted. Arugula can be subbed for spinach.
For dairy free, use hummus instead of cheese.
If you don't have access to an oven or air fryer to toast the wrap, a tortilla wrap can be used as well and served cold. These tend to keep softer than lavash.
