cream cheese of your choiceI used Arla
green onion or chives, chopped
homemade roasted red peppers
cucumber slices
sprinkle of dried oregano
lettuce
Instructions
Lay out the wrap or bread of choice, spread with cream cheese, and sprinkle about 1/8 tsp dried oregano on top. Add green onion, cucumber, lettuce, and roasted red peppers. Wrap it up, pray it doesn't break and that it looks prettier than mine did. Enjoy!
