Spicy Salmon Bowl A spicy salmon bowl is perfect for weeknight dinners where you awant something fresh and light! Enjoy this savory salmon with crisp marinated slaw for lunch or dinner.

KEY Ingredients

Salmon | Coconut Aminos  Toasted Sesame Oil Mayonnaise and Sriracha Panko | Sesame Seeds  Rice | Cabbage Slaw

Marinate the salmon in coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, garlic & salt for at least 30 min.

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep the veggies, cook the rice and stir the cabbage slaw with the vinegar and coconut aminos and place in the fridge till you're ready to serve.

Cook the salmon for about 2 minutes per side, till brown and caramelized.

Layer bowls: Bottom: rice & slaw  Next: salmon, chopped cucumber, carrots, & green onion.  Mix together the mayo, vinegar or lime, and sriracha, drizzle over salmon. Top with panko, toasted sesame seeds, or both.

This spicy salmon bowl is truly a whole dish in one! You really don't need sides as it's very filling on it's own. However, I would definitely pair this with a great drink like a sparkling pear mocktail.
