One of my favorite weeknight meals, these Mediterranean Meatballs are packed with flavor. With spices like sumac, coriander, and cumin, they are not your average meatballs!
Ground Chicken | Panko | Egg Garlic | Shallot | Olive Oil Sesame Seeds | Cumin Sumac | Coriander
Use your hands to mix the meatball ingredients till combined. Then evenly scoop out the chicken mixture and form into meatballs. Place them in an oven-safe pan.
Sear on all sides till just browned, about 3 minutes in total. The meatball does not need to be cooked through.
Place in the oven and bake until the meatballs have fully cooked through to an internal temperature of 165F.
ENJOY!
Serve with hummus, couscous, or a greek salad.
