Ground Beef | Egg | Oil Salt | Parsley | Oregano | Garlic Pepper | Sunflower Seeds
PROCESS THE SEEDS Place the sunflower seeds in a food processor and process till it forms a fine, crumbly texture.
COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS Use your hands to mix the meat, seed flour, spices, salt and pepper until well-combined. Scoop and roll into balls, placing them on a sheet pan.
BAKE OR PAN-SEAR It's totally up to you! To bake - Cook at 425° F until cooked through. To pan-sear - Sear till just brown on all sides. Then bake in a preheated oven until cooked through. Click the link for Air Fryer cooking instructions.
