Cottage Cheese Dip makes  a great easy snack that's a high protein, healthy snack  or spread. With just 5 ingredients, you can whip  up this delicious veggie  dip for any occasion.

KEY Ingredients

Zucchini | Cottage Cheese Za'atar | Olive Oil | Garlic Kosher Salt | Pepper

Cut zucchini in half, season and drizzle all sides with olive oil. Place the zucchini in the air fryer or oven, along with the garlic.

Roast zucchini Cook for 8-10 minutes  then check garlic. Remove if golden brown and soft. Flip zucchini and continue cooking until golden brown.

Blend and combine Blend cottage cheese till smooth and fluffy. Transfer to a bowl, then blend zucchini and garlic till smooth. Fold whipped cottage cheese into the zucchini mixture.

ENJOY!

Top with za'atar and olive oil and chill for 30 minutes.
