Old Fashioned Rolled Oats Milk | Cottage Cheese Maple Syrup | Seed Butter Chia or Flaxseed | Cinnamon
Add oats, cinnamon, and seeds to individual jars, or one big glass jar. Add protein powder, if using.
Mix in the milk, cottage cheese, maple syrup and seed butter. Allow to chill at least 2 hours, or overnight.
