These easy Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms are made with just 2 ingredients! The simplest side dish or appetizer you will ever make, these require very minimal effort and are baked in the oven.
Large White Mushrooms Boursin Garlic and Herb Chopped Fresh Parsley Salt & Pepper
Clean the mushroom caps with a damp paper towel and set on a prepared sheet pan. Carefully pull out the stems and either discard or use them for another recipe like stuffed chicken.
Take the Boursin cheese and fill the mushroom cap till completely full. Bake for 15 minutes. For smaller mushrooms bake 12-13 minutes.
The cheese should be light brown on top and the caps should be softened. Serve with a sprinkling of parsley and freshly cracked black pepper.
