your favorite bread or tortilla

"naked" rotisserie chicken, meat shredded
*homemade or "naked"

boursin garlic and herb cheese
a few fresh basil leaves

fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
Spread Boursin cheese on your bread of choice and then add basil leaves to each side. Top with chicken and vegetables.
For a vegetarian option - leave off the chicken (duh) and add chopped carrots and/or sliced zucchini.
