⅛teaspoonRedmond’s real salt or similar/Himalayan salt
1teaspooncitric acidor sub 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice, from about 2 limes
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
Strain pulp over a fine mesh sieve. Enjoy over ice, or store in a jar in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
Notes
Citric acid will provide that tangy, sour flavor that is most like a sour candy, but lime juice or lemon juice can be substituted, and still taste great.
