Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender, on high, for 30 seconds. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass jar or measuring cup, using a spoon to push the juice through the strainer until only pulp remains. Discard the pulp.
Serve juice in shot glasses or mix it into sparkling water. You can also freeze the juice in an ice cube tray and/or store any remaining juice in a glass bottle or mason jar in your fridge for up to 5 days.
Ice Cubes
Pour the blueberry juice into ice cube containers and freeze for at least 12 hours. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Notes
Lemon is great for a vitamin C boost for those not on HYH or following a low histamine diet. It's delicious! You can simply omit it if you are on those diets.
Frozen wild blueberries can be found with other frozen fruit. A great deal at Costco or Trader Joes. Regular frozen blueberries can be substituted if not available.
