Sweet Potatoes | Tomato Paste Cumin Powder | Curry Powder Shallot | Ginger Powder Vegetable Broth | Kale Sunflower Seed Butter
Place the sweet potatoes, shallots, tomato paste, curry powder, ginger, broth, and salt in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, add in the kale and water. Once the kale has softened, turn off the heat and stir in the sunflower seed butter.
Stove Top Method Add all the ingredients to a large pot with a lid, then simmer until the sweet potatoes have softened. Remove from the heat, and stir in the sunflower seed butter.
