Without Soy Sauce

This Chicken Stir Fry without Soy Sauce is a healthy dinner with tons of flavor. Vegetables and chicken are tossed with a spicy sesame sauce. Less than 30min and lower in sodium and just as delicious as a traditional stir fry.

KEY Ingredients

Coconut Aminos | Tahini Vinegar | Sesame Oil Garlic | Ground Mustard Fresh Ginger | Oil Spray Chicken Breast | Zucchini Carrots | Red Peppers Broccoli | Mushrooms

Mix sauce ingredients and blend till combined.  Taste and see if you need to add salt. Salt will balance the sweetness of the coconut aminos. Set aside.


Add chicken. Sear first side for about 3 min. Flip and cook another 3-4 min, or until cooked through. Transfer cooked chicken to a plate.

Heat the wok

Spray oil on the same skillet.  Add veggies except mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 mins. Move to side of pan and add the mushrooms, cook for 2 mins.


Add chicken back to pan, add the sauce. Allow it to bubble and thicken, another 2-3 min, stirring frequently.

Serve over rice & Enjoy!
