Apricot Chicken

sLOW cOOKER

This Slow Cooker Apricot Chicken is so incredibly easy, perfect for really busy nights - just a 5 min. prep with minimal ingredients! Chicken thighs are combined with apricot jam and sesame oil for a sweet and sour flavor.

KEY Ingredients

- Chicken Thighs - Apricot Jam - Toasted Sesame Oil - Shallots - Coconut Aminos - Salt & Pepper - Green Onions

To a slow cooker, add the chicken thighs in one layer. Top with jam, sesame oil, chopped shallots, coconut aminos, and salt.  Stir to coat.

Instructions

On low heat for  3 hours or until the chicken shreds easily with two forks.

Slow Cook...

Adjust any seasonings. I love to add 2 teaspoons of sriracha for some heat.

TASTE

Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
