Shrimp | Garlic | Butter Broth | Lemon Juice | Parsley Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lightly season shrimp with salt & pepper, and fry for 2-4 minutes. Flip halfway through. Don't overcook the shrimp.
Cook garlic in olive oil till just softened, stirring often. Add the broth and turn heat up to high, stirring often. Simmer until it has reduced by about half its volume.
Turn down the heat to low, and stir in lemon juice and butter till just combined. Stir shrimp back in, top with parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
