This salmon and broccoli quiche is perfect for a spring brunch. With cooked salmon, broccoli florets, and creamy cheese, it’s a really light combination of flavors but also a unique quiche recipe.

Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish. Then prick holes in the bottom and chill for at least 30 minutes. Line the crust with pie weights and bake until lightly browned.

Prepare Filling Meanwhile, combine cream and eggs, then stir in shallot, broccoli, salmon and goat cheese. Season and pour into the pre-baked pie crust.

Bake Bake until just set in the center, then allow it to set for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Sprinkle with chives for garnish before serving.
