Butter | Brown Sugar White Sugar | Pumpkin Puree Flour | Baking Soda & Powder Salt | Cinnamon | Ginger Nutmeg | Cloves | Vanilla Cream Cheese | Powdered Sugar
Mix the dry ingredients together. Then stir butter until light and fluffy, add in sugar, egg, pumpkin and vanilla.
Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Don't overmix. Scoop out dough and drop onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake until lightly brown around the edges.
While still warm, use your finger to make a small indent in the cookie. Mix all cream cheese filling ingredients together and add it to each cookie.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
