Boneless Beef Chuck Roast Chili Powder | Garlic | Broth Butter | Shallots | Paprika Cumin | Cinnamon | Cilantro
Trim the excess fat from the meat and cut into cubes. Melt butter in a large dutch oven and cook the meat till browned on both sides.
Add shallots and garlic, stirring for a minute, then add broth, your meat should barely be covered by the broth. Stir in chili powder, paprika, and cinnamon.
Bring all ingredients to a boil, cover with a tight-fitting lid, and turn down the heat to simmer on low for one hour. Add cumin and simmer until your desired thickness is achieved.
