PROCESS THE SEEDS Place seeds in a food processor and process till it forms a fine, crumbly texture.

COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS Combine the meat, seed flour, spices, salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix everything together. Scoop and roll into balls, placing them on a sheet pan with parchment.

BAKE OR PAN-SEAR MEATBALLS To bake - Bake for about 15-17 minutes. To pan-sear - Sear till just brown on all sides. Return to pan to cook through.
