Cereal Bars

These homemade cereal bars are crispy and perfect for a no-bake treat! They are easy to make with kids, don't require an oven, and are a great allergy-friendly school snack!

KEY Ingredients

Cereal | Honey | Maple Syrup Sunflower Seed Butter White Chocolate | Cinnamon

 Line a pan with parchment paper (up the sides).  Bring honey and maple syrup to a low simmer for 1-2 min.  Lower heat, stir in nut butter.  Off the heat, add cereal and stir.

INSTRUCTIONS

Press mixture into the pan. Melt white chocolate. Spread evenly on top.  Sprinkle cinnamon if desired.

Refrigerate up to 2 hours or overnight for best results.  Lift the bars from the pan  & slice

Store and serve chilled.
