This Ground Beef Stir Fry is easy, healthy & delicious!! Packed with protein and vegetables, it's a savory dish with a hint of sweetness.

KEY Ingredients

-Quinoa -Vegetable Broth -Water -Sesame Oil -Ground Beef -Coconut Aminos -Garlic -Broccoli -Shredded Carrots -Onions

Bring quinoa, broth and  water to a boil, cover, simmer for 15-20 min. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Cook beef, stirring frequently until cooked through. Drain any excess fat. Add sesame oil, garlic & coconut aminos, simmer.

start Stir Frying...

Stir in broccoli and carrots. Cook until softened.  Season to taste. Prepare eggs by boiling 6.5 min. Then Lower into ice bath.

Finally

Layer quinoa, ground beef, veggies & sauce. Top with egg.
