These simply marinated and grilled chicken thighs are paired with a creamy herb green goddess sauce and also make awesome leftovers.

KEY Ingredients

Chicken Thighs | Oil | Salt

Green Goddess Marinade Parsley | Chives | Basil Dill | White Vinegar | Garlic Mayonnaise | Lemon Juice Honey | Olive Oil

Blend all the marinade ingredients, except the oil, until fully incorporated. Then blend in the oil until smooth and light green.

Marinate Chicken Marinate the chicken thighs for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours to infuse the garlic herb flavor.

Grill Chicken Shake off excess marinade and grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill another 4-5 minutes.

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then drizzle with green goddess sauce and enjoy!
