Poke holes all around the pie crust, then pre-bake according to package directions until lightly browned.

Mix Spinach Filling Whisk together eggs, milk, and cream first, then add in the shallot, spinach, goat cheese, and salt and pepper. Next, pour into the pre-baked pie crust.
