With a delicious herb dijon crust, this Dutch Oven Pork Roast is comforting and delicious. Paired with sautéed cabbage, buttery apples and roasted vegetables, it's a meal you'll love for holidays or weekend dinners at home.

KEY Ingredients

Boneless Pork Loin Roast Carrots | Fingerling Potatoes Fennel Bulbs | Shallots Butter | Olive Oil | Garlic Dijon Mustard | Thyme Apples | Cabbage

Toss vegetables with butter and olive oil in the dutch oven and roast for roughly 25 minutes, then set aside.


Sear The Pork Season pork with salt and pepper and sear, fat side down, for about 3-4 minutes. Flip the pork over and return the veggies to the dutch oven.

Roast The Pork Combine garlic, mustard, and thyme and spread on top of the pork roast, then roast for 40-50 minutes, uncovered.

Make Apples And Cabbage Season cabbage and sauté, for about 15 minutes. Remove the cabbage and brown the apples for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.


Serve pork with the roast veggies, sautéed cabbage and apples.
