This cream cheese caramel apple dip has all the best flavors of caramel apples, but none of the hassle. This is an easy 20 minute fall party appetizer or dessert that's creamy and delicious!
Cream Cheese | Sugar Caramel Sauce | Heavy Cream Apples | Cottage Cheese CARAMEL SAUCE Sugar | Butter | Salt Heavy Cream
Heat sugar until it melts, then remove from heat and whisk in butter. Then whisk in heavy cream and salt and allow the sauce to cool.
Prepare Cheese Blend cottage cheese with heavy cream until smooth and creamy. Then beat the cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
Make Dip Add in some of the caramel mixture and mix in the blended cottage cheese mixture. Then pour the caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a straw.
Serve Cool in the fridge, then top with flaky salt and serve with green apples, pretzels and/or graham crackers.
