This creamy Caesar Salad Dressing without Anchovies or raw eggs is the perfect mix of classic Caesar dressing, but super easy to make. Made with just basic ingredients and a secret ingredient - olives! You'll still get that amazing briny flavor that anchovies have.
Dijon Mustard | Garlic Mayonnaise | Olive Oil Vinegar | Kalamata Olives Romaine Lettuce | Croutons Grilled Chicken or Shrimp
Stir the mayo, olives, garlic, vinegar, and dijon mustard till fully mixed. Slowly pour the olive oil into the mixture, whisking continuously and fast. Continue whisking till creamy, then stir in pepper.
You can also use an immersion blender by combining all the ingredients in a jar, then blending till smooth - be careful to not over-mix or the olive oil can separate.
Marinate chicken, then grill on both sides for about 6 minutes each. Allow to rest for about 2 minutes, then slice thin and combine with chopped romaine lettuce.
