Chilled Brown Rice | Eggs Avocado Oil | Sesame Oil Coconut Aminos | Green Onion Cruciferous Mix | Garlic | Veggies Green Onion | Sweet Chili Sauce
Heat oil and crack eggs directly into the hot pan, stir with a wooden spoon until cooked through, breaking it up into pieces. Set aside. Wipe the pan.
Cook the Vegetables Add more oil to the pan, over medium heat. Add garlic and green onion, kosher salt, and vegetables, stirring often for 2-3 minutes.
Put it all together Add cruciferous mixture, cook until softened. Add rice and egg, mix everything together, and spread out across the bottom of the pan, allowing it to cook without stirring to let the rice get crispy.
ENJOY!
Stir together the coconut aminos, sweet chili sauce, and sesame oil. Pour into the rice, and stir till combined.
The flavors blend perfectly!
