This Strawberry Mocktail Spritzer is made with ginger & fennel for a unique and delicious flavor profile. It’s so good whether you just want to top with sparkling water, or spike it with your favorite vodka.

KEY Ingredients

Bring berries, water, sugar, & ginger to boil. Simmer for 20 min, stir in fennel seeds for the last 5 minutes.

When cool enough, strain the berries & seeds out using a wire mesh strainer. Combine the cooled syrup with citric acid (if you have it)

Build ingredients over ice in a rocks glass or a coupe glass if you want to be fancy.

ENJOY!

Stir to combine ingredients and garnish with half strawberry. Add high quality vodka for a spiked version. Full Recipe

For the Strawberry Ginger Simple Syrup - Strawberries - Water - Sugar - Chunks of Ginger - Fennel For The Mocktail/cocktail: - Strawberry ginger Syrup - Sparkling Water - vodka (optional)
