Sage chicken is pan-seared chicken breasts coated in a creamy sauce for a delicious one-pan dinner recipe that's ready in less than 30 minutes.

KEY Ingredients

Chicken Breasts | Olive Oil Flour | Salt | Pepper

Sage Cream Sauce Butter  | Garlic | Sage Leaves Chicken Broth | Parsley Heavy Cream

Pound the chicken to about ½"-¾" thickness, season both sides with salt and pepper and lightly dust with flour.

Sear The Chicken Heat oil and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Then place on a prepared metal cooling rack and cover with tin foil.

Make Sauce Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant. Then add broth and fresh sage and bring to a simmer. Once slightly reduced, add the cream and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add The Chicken Return the chicken breasts to the pan and add chopped fresh parsley.
