These berry protein popsicles are the best healthy popsicles, packed with protein and berries to boost brain function. You get all the health benefits and it's a great snack for kids too!

Frozen Mixed Berries Frozen Cherries |  Milk Cottage Cheese | Vanilla Optional Honey or Maple Syrup Freeze-Dried Strawberries

Blend the frozen mixed berries and cherries first, then add cottage cheese, honey, milk, and vanilla, and blend until smooth.

Make Popsicles Pour into a popsicle mold and add popsicle sticks to the center. Then cover and freeze for 12 hours or overnight.

Add Freeze-Dried Berries Crush the freeze-dried berries until they're very small and crumbly, then press them onto the popsicles.
