These protein brownies are delicious and gooey with a little bit of sea salt on top. They taste like chocolate brownies, but are nut free, gluten free, and low sugar.
Protein Powder | Maple Syrup Roasted Carob Powder Sunflower Seed Butter | Vanilla Kosher Salt | Water TOPPING Coconut Oil | Carob Chips
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and process until fully combined.
Add to Baking Pan Dump the brownie mixture into a prepared baking pan and firmly press it into an even layer.
Freeze Brownies Melt the carob chips and coconut oil, then drizzle over the brownie mixture and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Enjoy Cut the brownies into squares and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!
