blueberry pie

The easiest pie you can make without the hassle of rolling out the dough. This crustless blueberry pie is filled with lots of fresh blueberries, and is simple to make in a pinch!

KEY Ingredients

Flour | White Sugar  Brown Sugar | Cinnamon  Nutmeg | Salt | Butter | Eggs Vanilla | Frozen Blueberries

Add flour, sugars, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a bowl. Stir to combine.

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the butter, add in the eggs, whisking with a fork till smooth. Stir in the vanilla and pour the mix into the dry ingredients. Stir in the frozen blueberries.

Wet ingredients

Use a butter wrapper to grease the inside of your pie dish. Pour in the blueberry pie mixture and spread to the edges, using a spatula.

Prepare the pie

Bake for about 50-60 min until the edges are golden brown.

– Dust with powdered sugar  – Top with fresh whipped cream and blueberries. – Pair with ice cream
