This Air Fryer Flank Steak is tender and juicy, but best of all it's super easy to make. A 3 ingredient marinade brings the extra flavor. Topped with a corn relish, the whole meal cooks in about 20 min & doesn't heat up your kitchen!

KEY Ingredients

Olive Oil | Coconut Aminos White Vinegar | Garlic Flank Steak | Salt & Pepper Corn | Shallots | Tomatoes Cilantro

Mix  oil, coconut aminos, vinegar & garlic.  Salt & pepper both sides of the steak.  Place into marinade, flipping to coat both sides. Leave in fridge overnight.


Remove steak from fridge 30 min before cooking. Heat the air fryer to 400ª. Place in the air fryer- cook for 5-7 min each side


If done, place it on a cutting board and cover with foil.  Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing thin against the grain of the meat.

Check the temp

Mix corn, shallot, tomatoes, cilantro & vinegar. Add salt & pepper

Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes to soak up the flavors. Serve over the steak.
