This sheet pan spring salmon recipe is perfect for warmer weather. A 30 minute meal made all on one pan with a green goddess sauce!
Salmon | Fingerling Potatoes Green Beans | Olive Oil
GREEN GODDESS SAUCE Fresh Herbs | White Vinegar Lemon Juice | Mayonnaise Garlic | Honey | Olive Oil
Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper. Then spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Make The Sauce Blend all the sauce ingredients together until smooth and a beautiful light green color. Add salt and pepper and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Cook Salmon Arrange the salmon and green beans on the sheet pan with the potatoes. Coat with olive oil, salt and pepper, then bake for 12-15 minutes.
Enjoy Serve the sheet pan salmon and vegetables along side the green goddess sauce.
