Ingredients
  • 1-2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp distilled white vinegar She says to adjust to taste as she likes her's tangy!
  • 1/4-1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as flat-leaf parsley, cilantro, chives, or a combination
  • kosher salt to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Mix everything together in a bowl and let stand for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
